A world-class academic writing and analysis program for ambitious
AP, IB, S.T.E.M., GIFTED &
HONORS PROGRAM
High school students who want to earn top English grades, gain acceptance into first-rate university programs, thrive in university classes,
and become articulate and confident writers for life.
Outstanding writers don’t start their journey by picking up a pen and magically creating engaging content.
They practise writing over a period of time and eventually reach the point when their work becomes published and known.
Without practising what we want to become good at, we never become great; every student is capable of great writing that they feel proud of sharing because they have reached the point where they can evaluate texts critically and articulate insights.
So, when the school classroom setting does not offer students the luxury of being taught by writing experts or the luxury of time spent on guided writing with expert feedback, students don’t know what they are capable of and they accept mediocrity.
Student potential is not cultivated, and with each passing year, frustrations increase as The Analytical Gap grows: teachers want students to interpret readings critically, and expect they do this for A-level results, but they do not have the time to spend teaching students analysis, and many don’t have the training either.
However, with some dedication and time, students can grow their writing and analytical powers, and greatly enjoy the process! The D.M.A. Method makes the learning of analytical tools, interpretation and academic writing engaging and fun. It emboldens and empowers students; it gives them control of their marks; it makes them confident; and it prepares them for the future.
It’s time to discard mediocrity, and empower high schoolers through excellent writing skills.

Why aren’t you writing to your potential?
I’ve been both the frustrated student

I quickly realized that the methodologies employed in the classroom had to change.
Students needed to see English teachers write paragraphs and essays sentence-by-sentence, exactly the same way Math teachers solved complex math problems in front of students, step-by-step, so they could comprehend the logic.
The English whiteboard needed to be full of words, and not just a single sentence that stated the assignment topic, the same way Math whiteboards were covered with formulas and numbers.
Writing and interpretation is as active of a process as problem solving in the sciences and maths,
That’s why I created
The D. M. A. Method
ANALYZE

DEMOSTRATE
Tap into your potential and achieve excellence by clearly demonstrating analytical insights on every exam and in every single assignment and essay you write.
